*To be eligible for the free or reduced National School Lunch Program, families must apply every year to their school. To apply, you will need to download the form (.pdf file), print it out, fill in the required information, and return it to your child's school, or mail it to the address at the bottom of the form. We encourage all families who may be eligible for free or reduced lunch to apply. Many state & federal grants, discounts and other programs are based on the number of free & reduced students at a school.

The customer transaction fee of $2.50 for payments through RevTrak has remained the same since at least 2015. In that time RevTrak has been increasing the amount of fees that they are charging the District. The current fees being charged to the District are: e-checks (bank account ACH) at 3.49% of transaction, credit/debit/gift cards at 4.19% of transaction, and a monthly flat fee of $19.95. These have increased the District cost per transaction to $4.41.
On February 12, 2024 the School Board voted to increase the customer transaction fee charged on payments through RevTrak from $2.50 to $3.45. This option ‘splits the difference’ with the customer and the District. The $3.45 per RevTrak customer transaction fee will begin on July 1, 2024.
You may want to revisit your auto-payment options – by increasing your payment amount it should reduce your number of transactions; thereby, decreasing your number of transaction fees.
As always, there are no fees associated with a customer submitting payment directly to the District in the format of cash or check.
